"Cedric and the GM came out to my house. Both were very professional and friendly. Easily cleaned stains out of my carpet and restored my couch to like new. The piece for the upholstery cleaner was not working right. Cedric indicated he wouldn’t use it because it wouldn’t do the job that he wanted it to. I appreciated his attention to detailing and doing it right. He returned to the office and a couple hours later returned with a working piece. He did a fantastic job on my couch.
