Individual and Group Psychotherapy

Specializing in childhood trauma, attachment, and adult trauma counseling with options for in-person and online. Echo therapy for all ages utilizes nature as a co-therapist. EMDR for treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression. Services include Basecamp, Group Therapy, Concierge Therapy, Nature Based Therapy, and EMDR Intensives

This is not your typical stuffy, formal office experience at all and I love it. I saw three other therapists before I found Elizabeth and I never felt as comfortable with anyone else as I do with her.

As an adult client, most of my struggles are in trust and she seems to always know how to meet me with what I need where I need it. She gently challenges me in ways that I appreciate and feel like I need. As therapy goes, it’s not always easy, but she knows what she’s doing and I feel safe and seen with her.

My three-year-old “Covid kid” was experiencing a lot of anxiety when going to new places, but therapy with Elizabeth in the camper van along with parent training made a BIG difference. I liked that we didn’t have to load up and get into the car for one more appointment when we already have a lot of appointments for our kiddo. We only did six sessions, but during that time we saw an increase in confidence and a decrease in the anxious behaviors we were seeing before. We also learned some new tools for how to talk about feelings and build connection.
