Ben from Koala came out and took the time to review my home and even thermal imaged my walls and ceiling (shared the images with me) to show where we were getting the most heat/cool loss. After talking through my goals he provided me with what he believed would be the best course of action to achieve them. Pricing was right on point too. Today the insulation blowing guys came out and did a phenomenal job. They were courteous and clean and had me review their work as they moved through the different attic areas to ensure their work met my expectations.
