They did the first round of installation on our windows (we split the house into two phases as windows are a significant investment) and just completed the second phase. The windows are pretty and extremely strong! The noise from the road construction behind our house has been reduced drastically as well. "We called NewSouth and purchased a replacement for a pre-hung glass ice block window. The salesman measured and came to a price. We ordered an obscured rain glass hurricane window guaranteed to be golf ball proof. That sounds weird, but on a golf course, it is mucho critical. After ordering, a technician came out to verify the window measurements. The process was very thorough.
The whole experience was pretty amazing. Other than the expected supply chain issues, and a worker glitch at install, it was perfect.
