"I called Shades of Texas late on a Friday and my call was returned promptly early Monday morning. I could tell that they were smiling on the other end of the line. "We purchased the room darkening shades with the tracks that are installed onto the window frame and the sun control window tint, all for our baby's nursery. Her room gets the afternoon sun making it very bright and warm. This was causing her naps to be short and sometimes impossible. "Highly recommended. We needed privacy film on a window looking into the master bath and Shades of Texas had it done within a few days. Savannah was great – she helped me select the film and was able to get an estimate to me within a day. Knowing we were trying to get it done ASAP, she had us on "stand-by" and sent over one of the installers when he had finished another job early. "We’ve now used Shades of Texas to to window tint our last two homes. They do a phenomenal job, have many product selections to choose from, and offer great advice and expertise in helping to choose a film. Communication in scheduling is excellent, and they show up when they say they will - something I value greatly. The installers are all very friendly, professional, and very thorough. We’ve never had any issue with the window tinting, although we’ve always been covered under warranty (handled by them) should something arise. I would highly recommend Shades of Texas and will continue to use them for our window tinting needs."
