We appreciate the time they took to understand our wishes for the project within our budget. Our outdoor kitchen, patio, and roof were completed within 3 months (this includes the whole process of drawings, permits, and construction).
If there’s anyone that is interested in building an outdoor kitchen, a general rule of them in this industry is that for every linear foot of counter space, it’s $1k. However, consider more room for your patio. The patio space was considerably less expensive, which is good since that’s where you’ll be spending time. Great advice and honest guidance were provided by Ryan & TCP.
