“I met Tim at a county fair and he was very knowledgeable on this product. I have to admit, I was a bit weary at first however I decided to go ahead with the install of this product. The install employees were awesome!! They explained everything before they started, kept me informed and had pictures for me at the end of the install I just started turning on my fireplace for a few hours in the evening (to warm up the house).
