Carl’s is simply the best! So informative, kept me in the loop more than any other company has before. Came on time, alerted me along the way. The entire install went so smoothly made me feel lazy watching them work even while I was working. Our ac has been out for a while and its so nice and quiet without all the extra fans going. The system is running nice and smooth. Cooled the house down very quickly. Could not have had a better install. Carls teams are just extremely sweet, kind and awesome. We are so blessed! Responded to my call with good timing. The girl I spoke to on the phone was helpful and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Jordan, our technician was so kind and efficient. He checked everything and was very helpful and attentive to our questions. Very very nice young man I hope we get him again in the future. He had several solutions to our problems. We have been loyal customers of Carl’s since we purchased our home (2019), and have always received excellent service from them. We have had emergency AC issues where they came out during the weekend and after hours during the week. They have made recommendations to increase the efficiency of our system heating and cooling that has been outstanding, and they always keep up with our Spring and Fall maintenance visits. I am so grateful for Carl’s and their annual Christmas A/C giveaway. They gifted my best friend, and fellow Conroe ISD educator with an brand new A/C system. Justin was a wealth of knowledge, and very informative. Wes came out on the weekend when her old unit stopped working. Carl’s Quality & Heating LLC is by far the best Air Conditioning company I have ever dealt with, The Tech Mr. Wozniak that came to service my Air Conditioner was professional polite, and knowledgeable what my problem was with my air conditioner, I will definitely use them in the future, I don’t say this lightly, (I TRUST THEM!!!)
