I was able to get fast, dependable, accurate service with this place. I really like their Houston location because it’s near my studio. The sales person answered all of my newbie questions quickly. I realize that this staff spends a lot of their time teaching buyers, not just selling to them, because the products are so diverse this education is crucial to the buyer’s ability to select the correct product for a project. I know it must get tedious teaching customers on a daily basis about materials, but it certainly assisted me in my purchase decision. As a fine artist I have used a variety of polymer based materials, but, so many new products hit the market this information is important. I’m also blown away by the many diverse uses for these materials as it applies to architecture and fine art.
