“I was referred to Alberto at JD Restorations. We had a renter flood our second floor which went down the walls and ceilings of the 1st floor! It was a nightmare!
Alberto contacted me right back after my call and had a team over there the next day. He and his team came by with special imaging equipment to isolate the worst areas of moisture and where walls had to be removed to prevent mold and further damage. Then they took out the damaged drywall in the ceilings and walls very neatly and dumped the waste as well. Then they put in many fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the moisture.
