“When we decided to have a pool/spa put in we had a rep come to our home and he was full of knowledge and energy. We told him what we were thinking about so he showed us different plans and once finalized he kept us informed at all times as to what to expect. Unfortunately we started this project in the winter Dec 6 so we weren’t really expecting the weather to cooperate and it get done anytime soon. Digging started Dec 6th and they were complete on Feb 1st!! They were in constant contact with us as to what and when things would be happening and they did not disappoint! Very efficient and very professional. Crews were wonderful and even helped us when we had to move our temporary fence for our dogs! Crews also treated our property as if it was their own and picked up after themselves. Yes your backyard is a mud pit but that is to be expected with the project that was going on! “Last fall/ winter we had a 20×30 ft pool with a spa. Scott was our project coordinator and he kept us informed throughout the process. Any questions we had were answered right away. We were able to use the spa right away once the pool was complete and we went through pool school. It was nice to hang out in the warm water with the jets massaging your back. I kept daily tabs on the pool water temp using the app for the pool. Played with the light colors etc. when the water reached a comfortable temperature we were able to really enjoy our pool.
