“From the initial visit to the install, a great experience and they always kept me updated. I went with a Kohler and the size was newer so I did have to wait an extra 6 weeks or so. With rain they did the delivery and gas first and came back for the electrical work. They hand dug which was great since I had sprinkler and power and gas in the area they had to access. They used plastic to place the dirt to minimize the disruption to the lawn. They showed me the basics of operation. When it first ran its weekly maintenance run I had a concern on the sounds and they came the next day to review and explain that it related to start up. Plus I have the warranty and service.
