I called the number on the website and spoke to the Owner, Kevin, who gave me an estimate over the phone and scheduled an at-home appointment with me to review the work and finalize a bid. Kevin was very professional and informative going over the options and limitations of my particular job site. I ordered a new Versalift with wireless remote control and an aluminum attic ladder to replace my old wooden ladder. The cost to get a Versalift installed was very reasonable and not much more than the actual retail cost. The price I paid for this work matched the original estimate given over the phone. The installer Reece arrived on time and spent the day removing my old attic ladder, framing a new opening for the Versalift and installing the new equipment. Reese was great to work with, very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. The job site was left clean and all trash, packaging and old materials were removed. I was very satisfied with the work that was done.”
