Our patio turned out beautiful and we’re so glad that System Pavers took care of our home! Kevin was our designer and we initially worked with Gani as our project manager. Around the second week of our project, Nicolas became our new project manager. Everyone on the team communicated well and we never felt as though our project wasn’t a priority. It took much longer than originally planned to complete due to days of torrential rain and the holiday, but in spite of that, it didn’t drag out for too long. During construction, we noticed that the step down from the floor was way too large and decided to add an additional step to accommodate the height. Making a change to our order was very simple with very little hassle. Nicholas is attention to detail to assure our project was completed to our expectations was certainly a breath of fresh air. I believe that if you’re investing lots of money into a project that you’re going to have to look at every single day, it better look exactly how you want or it wasn’t worth your hard earned money. All in all, the team at System Pavers and the crew who installed our patio and kitchen were very professional, accommodating and great to work with. We highly recommend their service. All in all, we would highly recommend System Pavers to our friends and family. Starting with Brian, our salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about the product and the process. He helped us with the design of the entire project and gave us great advice. He helped us define our aesthetic and was a great liaison to work with. Our construction manager, Gani, was very helpful. He led a very efficient construction crew and he was always ready to answer my questions and was excellent at turning my anxiety into reassurance. He was on top of every issue we had, and he along with Brian, were always available for us to discuss anything through.
Little problems were solved quickly and the project was completed in only 3 weeks. We could not be happier with how our backyard turned out! Just knowing our pavers have a 25 year warranty is very reassuring. We practically live in the back yard now and our kids never want to come inside. Nicolas & Gani and crew did an excellent job on our back patio! From beginning to end, dealing with weather delays, and forseeing potential future issues with original plans to quick resolutions!
