“We had a sudden blockage on the weekend in the plumbing of our master bath sinks, of which we have two. The blockage created an emergency due to the fact that the AC condensate lines connect to the sink piping, so that we had to turn off the AC to prevent overflow in the attic and at the sink. We called Zoom for help and they responded immediately. They came on the same day to clear the blockage, even though it was late in the day. Clearing the blockage was complicated because the two sink drain lines connect at a common union in the wall, which in turn is connected to a larger drain line in the house slab. The blockage was in the drain line in the slab and difficult to access. Raymond from Zoom was amazing. He was very friendly and professional. Extremely knowledgeable in his trade. He has sophisticated tooling and used a fiber optic camera to assist in positioning a rooter in the drain pipe inside the slab from the p-traps underneath the sinks. He was able to remove the blockage quickly. Zoom also subsequently flushed the condensate drain lines from the attic to ensure that there is no algae buildup coming down to create a new blockage. We are retired on a fixed budget, and I found the cost to be very reasonable. Honestly, we trust Zoom and their expertise, and highly recommend them to anyone with drainage or AC condensate issues.
